These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ExoShuttle website ("Site") and services provided by ExoShuttle Management Ltd ("the Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"). Please read carefully. 1. Definitions

• Account — A registered profile created by a User to access ExoShuttle Services.
• Applicable Laws — All laws, regulations, and guidelines applicable in the Territory.
• Driver — An individual approved by the Company to operate a Vehicle.
• Driver Agreement — The contract between the Company and a Driver governing vehicle operation.
• Passenger — Any person transported in a Vehicle operated through the Services.
• Partner — A third party that collaborates with ExoShuttle to deliver Services.
• Services — Vehicle access under hire purchase, fleet management, driver onboarding and performance monitoring, and operational and support services provided by the Company.
• User / You / Your — Any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Site or Services.
• Vehicle — Any motor vehicle made available through the Services.
• Territory — The Federal Republic of Nigeria and any other jurisdiction where ExoShuttle operates.

2. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Introduction

The Site enables Users to access vehicle ownership opportunities and fleet operations managed by ExoShuttle. These Terms set out the rights and obligations of both the Company and Users in connection with the use of the Site and Services.

4. Registration

To use certain features of the Site, you must register for an Account. Eligibility requirements include:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

Drivers must hold a valid driver's licence and meet all requirements set by the Company. To create an Account, you will be required to provide your name, email address, phone number, and a valid form of identification. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Accounts are non-transferable, and you agree to follow all applicable guidelines.

5. Licence and Use

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Site and Services for their intended purposes. You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to provide accurate information at all times. Nothing on this Site constitutes legal or financial advice.

6. Prohibited Acts

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Site or Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

• The failure of ExoShuttle to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
• The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
